Our methodology
Before any tool is selected or any dashboard is sketched, we spend time understanding what decisions the business owner actually faces. This conversation determines everything that follows — which metrics to track, which data sources matter, and what level of ongoing support will be useful.
We work iteratively. A first session produces a clear brief. Setup follows from that brief. Training is built into the handover. Quarterly reviews keep the arrangement aligned with how the business is actually developing.
We use written documents at each stage — not just verbal discussions — so there is always a clear record of what was agreed and what was delivered.

Numbers That Matter Review

A calm first step for owners who are handling multiple spreadsheets but unsure which numbers to act on. We talk through your goals, identify the handful of figures that genuinely help, and outline a simple reporting approach that fits your situation. You receive a short written summary and a shortlist of fitting tools.

A longer arrangement that keeps your dashboards accurate and useful as your business changes. Each quarter we review what the numbers show, refine the measures if needed, and suggest measured improvements. Covers priority support and a tailored written review note each quarter.
